Angel of Music - The tradition of depicting angels who either sing or play on musical instruments implies that the presence of cosmic harmony may also be suggested pictorially, which is why there is an iconography of the harmony of the universe in Christian art. This painting is an example of my new Stained Glass technique created with archival oil paints and materials. It has taken years for me to develop this unique and different style from the adventures of my overactive imagination.
